English11000 Privacy Policy

English11000, provided by Easy Peasy English / ABCXYZ.ir, is an English-learning application for listening, speaking, pronunciation, shadowing, dictation, vocabulary, sentence-based learning, review, and progress coaching.

This Privacy Policy explains the information the app processes, why it is used, and the choices available to users.

1. Microphone and speech practice

English11000 requests microphone access for user-initiated learning features such as Speaking, pronunciation practice, Shadowing, speech recognition, and optional voice feedback.

For normal Practice, Speaking, and Shadowing activities, microphone audio is processed for the learning activity and is not automatically stored or uploaded to our servers. The app's regular learning analytics and cloud-progress synchronization do not include raw microphone audio or recognized speech transcripts.

The microphone may remain active during an active user-initiated practice session when Android foreground-service behavior is required to support that session. The app displays the applicable Android foreground-service notification.

2. Optional feedback: text, voice, and screenshots

English11000 includes an optional feedback feature. If you explicitly choose to submit feedback, you may voluntarily provide written feedback, a voice recording, and/or a screenshot, together with limited context such as the related lesson or sentence.

These items are queued and uploaded only after you choose them and submit the feedback. Voice recordings from ordinary Practice, Speaking, or Shadowing sessions are not automatically included.

3. Learning analytics and technical information

To operate learning features, measure progress, synchronize eligible learning state, improve reliability, and support troubleshooting, the app may process information such as:

• a random installation identifier and session identifier;
• app version;
• device manufacturer/model and Android SDK version when registering an installation with the backend;
• sentence and lesson identifiers;
• practice attempts, scores, review state, mastery state, Shadowing/Dictation progress, and similar learning events;
• study-plan settings, app learning preferences, and aggregate daily learning activity;
• plan, entitlement, and account identifiers when applicable.

Learning analytics are designed not to include raw microphone audio or regular speech-practice transcripts.

4. Account, activation, license, and purchase information

When activation, account, premium-plan, or licensing features are used, the app may process information needed to verify access, including an account identifier, license or entitlement information, purchase/activation token, plan level, and an email address or display name when associated with an activated account.

Payments made through Google Play or another supported marketplace/payment provider are processed by that provider. English11000 does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

5. Cloud progress synchronization

For eligible activated users, English11000 may synchronize learning progress with its backend so that progress can be backed up or restored. Synchronized information may include current lesson/position, completed lessons, learning mastery and review state, scores, study-plan information, learning preferences, and aggregate daily activity.

Regular microphone recordings and recognized speech transcripts are not included in cloud-progress synchronization.

6. Local storage

Some information is stored locally on the device to make the app function, including learning progress, review state, preferences, and learning statistics. Local information may be removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, except for information that has already been synchronized with the backend.

7. Internet and network access

Internet access may be used for account and license verification, purchase verification, entitlement/content synchronization, learning-progress synchronization, analytics synchronization, app updates, and user-submitted feedback.

8. Notifications and foreground services

English11000 may use Android notifications and foreground services during active user-initiated learning sessions, including voice-based practice, to keep the session working when required by Android. These services are not used for unrelated background surveillance or advertising.

9. How information is used

Information is used to deliver learning features, evaluate learning progress, personalize review/coaching, save and restore progress, verify licenses and purchases, provide support, receive optional feedback, maintain reliability and security, and understand how learning features are functioning.

English11000 does not sell raw microphone recordings from ordinary learning sessions and does not use ordinary practice recordings for behavioral advertising.

10. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to provide hosting, backend infrastructure, app distribution, payment processing, support, or other core service functions. For example, Google Play processes information related to Google Play distribution and purchases under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

11. Data security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data retention and deletion requests

Local learning information is retained as needed to maintain progress. Server-side account, entitlement, synchronized progress, analytics, and voluntarily submitted feedback may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, and protect service security.

Users may request deletion of an English11000 account and associated personal data, or deletion of specific personal data, using the public deletion form at https://abcxyz.ir/english11000-account-deletion. The same request form also appears at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

Deletion requests are subject to reasonable ownership verification. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

13. User choices

You can control microphone and notification permissions in Android settings. Features that depend on a permission may not work if that permission is disabled. Submitting written feedback, voice feedback, or screenshots is optional.

14. Children's privacy

English11000 is an educational application. Where a user is a minor, use of the app and submission of personal information should follow applicable law and any required parental or guardian involvement. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information that should be reviewed or deleted, please contact us.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

You may request deletion of the full English11000 account and associated data, or deletion of specific personal data while keeping the account/license where possible.
