Difference between  - Another - The other - The others - Other(s)

Another =>
We use “another” to mean “one more”. There may be many more but we only want one more. It is singular.
یعنی یکی بیشتر(مثلا تعداد زیادی از چیزی هست و شما فقط یک دونه بیشتر میخواین)
مثالها:
-Can I have another piece of paper?

-Can I have another one?
.
-Can I have another?

 The other =>
We use “the other” if there are only two things. It is singular.
فقط دو تا انتخاب هست و شما اونی رو میخواین که الان دستتون نیست.

-I want the other book.
من اون یکی کتاب رو میخوام.

-I want the other one.
اون یکی رو میخوام

-I want the other

The others =>
We use “the others” to mean “all the rest”. It’s plural.
همه ی باقیمانده رو شامل میشه.

-I want the other books.

-I want the other ones.

-I want the others.

نکته:
وقتی بعد از the others از اسم استفاده میشه، باید  s  رو از انتهای
 the others حذف کنین و به انتهای اسم اضافه کنین. به عبارت دیگه اسم به صورت جمع میاد و  the others  رو می نویسیم  the other .

Other(s) =>
We use “other” to mean “some of the rest”. It is plural, but it doesn’t include all the rest.
بخشی از باقیمانده رو شامل میشه( نه همه)

-Some students are from Korea. Others are from Germany.
بعضی از دانش آموزان از کره هستن. یه عده دیگه شون از آلمان.

-Some students are from Korea. Other students are from Germany.
این همون جمله بالاست که چون بعد از  Others   اسم دانش آموزان رو آورده
 S رو حذف کرده.

-Some students are from Korea. Other ones are from Germany.
به جای  students  از  ones استفاده کرده.

Some of the others/ Most of the others/ None of the others/ A few of the others = others
.
وقتی قبل از  the others  از قید هایی مثل  some, most, few   و غیره استفاده میکنیم دیگر به معنای "تمام باقی مانده" نیستم، بلکه معنای یک عده یا یک سری از باقیمانده رو میده که میشه معادل Others .
 .
-Some of the other students (some of the others) are from Germany. = Other students (others) are from Germany.
اینجا در هر دو مثال منظور تعدادی از افراد باقی مانده هستند.
